By using Breya, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Breya

Breya is an AI companion designed to help users reflect, explore ideas, reframe thoughts, and encourage positive conversations.

Breya is not a medical service, therapist, lawyer, financial advisor, crisis service, or emergency provider.

2. AI-Generated Responses

Breya uses artificial intelligence to generate responses.

AI-generated content may sometimes be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or unsuitable for your particular circumstances.

You remain responsible for any decisions you make based on information provided by Breya.

3. Not Professional Advice

Breya does not replace professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other qualified advice.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, mental health crisis, thoughts of self-harm, thoughts of harming others, or any situation requiring immediate assistance, contact your local emergency services or an appropriate qualified professional immediately.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Breya responsibly and lawfully.

You may not use Breya to create, distribute, promote, or facilitate content that is:

• Illegal

• Harmful

• Fraudulent

• Abusive

• Hateful

• Violent

• Threatening

• Deceptive

• Exploitative

• Unsafe

5. Subscriptions

Some Breya features require a Premium subscription.

Subscription pricing, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed entirely through Apple’s App Store.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your Apple account before the renewal date.

6. Premium Features and Fair Use

Premium features may include enhanced AI capabilities such as voice conversations, image generation, increased usage limits, personalization features, and additional functionality.

Breya may apply reasonable fair use limits to resource-intensive features.

Premium features and limits may change as Breya evolves.

7. Availability

We continually improve Breya.

Features may be modified, updated, suspended, limited, replaced, or discontinued without prior notice.

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device, operating system, or future software update.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Breya is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Breya makes no warranties regarding:

• Accuracy

• Availability

• Reliability

• Fitness for a particular purpose

• Merchantability

• Non-infringement

9. User Content

You remain responsible for all content that you submit, including:

• Messages

• Prompts

• Images

• Voice input

• Feedback

• Other uploaded material

You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit such content.

10. Apple Terms

If you download Breya through Apple’s App Store, your use of the application is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms and policies.

Where required, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time.

The latest version will always be available inside the Breya app and on the official Breya website.

Continued use of Breya after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
